VRMs of cars owned by corporate entities that are not sole traders

This decision is similar to the Information Tribunal’s judgment in Mr Colin P England and the London Borough of Bexley v IC [EA/2006/0060, 0066] where the Tribunal found that the addresses of empty properties not owned by individuals were not the personal data of ‘living individuals’ and should be disclosed.
